Are you an athlete who needs a physical? Well, you are in luck, because on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, West will be hosting free physicals for student athletes. Between 1:30-4:30 in the old gym, these physicals are first come first serve. Athletes will need a physical form which can be found in the office, cafeteria or with teachers. You can also find the form online at this link. The physical form will need to be signed by a parent or guardian to be eligible. Bring your signed form to the physical tomorrow.
